The Cleveland Cavaliers and The Golden State Warriors played Game 1 of The NBA Finals on Thursday night in Oakland, Warriors beat the Cavs 104-89.
According to Warriors PR twitter account , Golden State's bench outscored Cleveland's 45-10. Shaun Livingston scored 20 points which is the most by a Golden State reserve in the Finals since Phil Smith's 20 on May 18, 1975 , while Draymond Green had 16 points, 11 rebounds, seven assists and four steals.
The Splash Brothers , Stephen Curry was (4-of-15 for 11 points) and Klay Thompson was (4-of-12 for nine points) combined 20 points. All seven Warriors players scored in double figures.
As for the Cavs, LeBron missed a triple-double with 23 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists. Kyrie Irving scored a game-high 26 points, while Kevin Love added a double-double with 17 points and 13.
If Your the Cavaliers , you are pleased that you didn't let The Splash Brothers scored more than 20 points , but not so happy that the Warriors bench beat Cleveland in Game 1, If the Cavaliers don't fix there Defense and their shooting on Sunday, this could be a long ride of the Cavaliers.
