I know Nordic Hamstrings are all the rage, but more often then not you’ll find that they are too advanced for many (most ❓) athletes. You continually see athletes that can’t keep their rib cage down and pelvis organized and not fall into a lot of lumbar extension — and if you are falling into lumbar extension, it’s going to be hard to work the glutes/hamstrings.
Give this a try instead. Still extremely challenging, with a large eccentric force on the hamstring and an isometric hold the glute, but much more difficult to do poorly then a Nordic Hamstring 💪
